We are a digital agency specializing in brand building activities online. Since we started hiring from Edit(designers etc) we have really built our faith in fresher's.
Last year before Edit we were 90% with people of experience of minimum 3-4 years now its 70% with experience of 1-2 years. The shift has been as the quality of team with a good foundation from the institute.
